This policy applies to you if you are working on Generative AI projects. If you are uncertain, please check in with your project lead.
Generative AI projects are available in limited countries and may change based on project. During the onboarding process, you may be required to verify your identity and location by providing a government issued ID and other personal information to ensure you are located in a location where projects are available. Once completed, the location will be assigned as your Primary Country. You may only work on the platform from your Primary Country. If you have relocated to another country, please contact our support center to have your Primary Country updated by providing a valid government ID issued by the new country.
If you attempt to work outside of your Primary Country or do not update it upon relocation, your account may be paused pending verification of the new Primary Location. If you fail the verification and onboarding process and believe there may have been an error, please contact our support team.
